Mr. Evans has been actively engaged in the real estate appraisal field since 1986. Mr. Evans has a wide range of experience appraising a wide range of property types including residential, commercial, and agricultural.

He served in the United States Air Force for seven years and was honorably discharged.

Actively engaged in the Real Estate Appraisal field at Evans Appraisal Service, Inc., since 1991. Currently, a Certified Residential Licensed Appraiser (#AR032988)with FHA approval. The majority of present work experience is appraising single family residential properties, but has also appraised multi-family residential properties, condos, manufactured housing and vacant land.

Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, License# AG040382. Currently employed with Evans Appraisal Service, Inc., and engaged in a wide variety of real estate valuation and consultation assignments.
