Biography
Actively engaged in the Real Estate Appraisal field at Evans Appraisal Service, Inc., since 1991. Currently a State Residential Licensed Appraiser (#AL032988) with FHA Approval in the process of upgrading to State Certified. The majority of present work experience is appraising Single Family Residential properties, but has also appraised Multi-Family Residential properties, Condos, Manufactured housing and Vacant Land.
