Actively engaged in the real estate appraisal field at Evans Appraisal Service,
Inc., since 2004; currently a state licensed Certified General Real Estate
Appraiser. The majority of present work experience includes appraising
Commercial Properties, Single Family Residential, Multi-Family Residential,
Condominiums, Manufactured, PUD properties, and Market feasibility Studies.
