Currently a California State Certified Real Estate Appraiser (#AR043122) with active status on the FHA/HUD approval roster. I have been working in the appraisal field since 2004, with experience in single family residences, 1-4 multi-family, condominium, manufactured home and PUD properties. Appraisal assignments completed for sales, refinance, foreclosure and estate planning purposes.
