Biography
Actively engaged in the real estate appraisal field since 1997 with Evans Appraisal
Service, Inc; the majority of present work experience has been in appraising single family
residences and multi-family residential (2-4) units, in addition to condominium, PUD,
manufactured housing, proposed construction, and FHA/HUD roster work. Recent
assignments have included narrative report writing, highest and best use studies and HUD
Rent Comparability Study (RCS).
